INVITATION TO A PROFESSIONAL STUDY EXCURSION
PROJECT: Construction of Main Road G 1-2 Hajdina – Ormož (section Markovci – Gorišnica – Ormož)

DEPARTURE AND MEETING POINT: AP Mlinska at 08:30 (outer platform) or P&R Leclerc at 09:00
BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE PROFESSIONAL EXCURSION:
We invite you to a professional study excursion where we will visit the construction of several structures and the main road itself on the project: construction of road G 1-2 Hajdina – Ormož, section Markovci – Gorišnica – Ormož. The section of the main road alignment with its associated structures is divided into the sub-section Markovci – Gorišnica (km 1+200 to km 6+940) and the sub-section Gorišnica – Ormož (km 0+000 to km 10+360), where the structures listed below are located.
The highlight of the excursion is the construction of the Bridge over the HE Formin Canal (total length 269.00 m, a prestressed reinforced-concrete box-girder structure spanning three spans), being built using the free-cantilever construction method.
We will also visit a number of other structures, including the Ormož overpass (total length 82.00 m, a prestressed reinforced-concrete frame structure spanning three spans), the Poljske poti overpass (total length 31.40 m, a reinforced-concrete frame structure spanning three spans), and the bridge over the Pesnica river (span 17 m, a single-span reinforced-concrete frame structure).
After the site visit, we will continue with lunch at the PROSNIK inn in Ormož.
The participation fee is 40 EUR per person.
The fee covers transport costs and refreshments after the visit at the nearby inn. Payment is to be made to the society's bank account (IBAN: SI56 0451 5000 0970 605, OTP Banka d.d.).
