The conference held on 28 March 2012 in Gornja Radgona took place alongside the 25th MEGRA international construction fair, at a time of difficult economic conditions and stalled investment. The state investors DARS and the Slovenian Infrastructure Agency presented their plans, and the discussion turned to operating conditions for Slovenian construction and to a new investment cycle.
